Transformed by God to Transform the World

Confirmation

Confirmation is an opportunity for students in 8th grade and older to explore their spirituality and the United Methodist Church. At the end of confirmation class they will have an opportunity to make a commitment to the church. Each confirmand is assigned a mentor. Their mentor is a mature Christian and United Methodist willing to journey with them, provide a resource for questions and support them in their spiritual formation. Classes are based on the Cokesbury curriculum "CREDO". This class is facilitated by Carolyn Combs and Suzy Hutchison, in addition a member of our clergy will be present at each meeting.
