For YouthAt Brighton First United Methodist we are transformed by God to transform the world. We believe that this begins at birth. We offer many opportunities for children and youth to live this call on their lives. We believe that it is important for children and youth to experience worship, mission and Christian education in the process of becoming disciples.
Sunday School
September-May
8:00 service
Infants - 3yr. olds Nursery available at 8:00 a.m.
9:30 service
7th - 8th grade Begins at 9:30 AM in our youth building "The Well"
11:00 service
Eighth grade students embark on a short term exploration of Christianity and United Methodism during the winter months at 11:00 a.m. Sunday mornings. They explore their faith and then decide whether or not they would like to join the church as adult members. 8:00 Worship Service
Infant - 3 year olds Nursery available at 8:00 a.m.
9:30 Worship Service
Infant - 3 year olds Nursery available at 9:30 a.m.
4 yr olds - 4th grade Mixed age class begins following the Young Christian Moment
11:00 Worship Service
Infant - 5 year olds Nursery available at 11:00 a.m.
6 yr olds - 4th grade Mixed age class begins following the Young Christian Moment
Vacation Bible School
July 16th-20th - 9:00 a.m.- 12:00 noon
For children 3 years old (if potty trained) to those entering 7th grade.
We also offer nursery care for younger children of volunteers
