Norma brings 20+ years of experience in music ministry to Brighton First UMC. She is proficient in voice, piano, organ, synthesizer, and acoustic guitar, and holds a Piano Performance Diploma from the Royal Flemish Music Conservatory, in Antwerp, Belgium, and a Music Therapy degree from Eastern Michigan University. 

Norma is married to Mark Nichols, they have 2 children and reside in Howell. Many styles of music are of interest to Norma, and she believes in bringing as many styles of music as possible into the worship service. She welcomes ideas, advice, discussions about concerns, and is committed to the music program here at Brighton First UMC.
