DESCRIPTION:You are invited to the Spoke & Word cycling group Wednesday nights at 5 pm at the Trail Connector trailhead near JCPenney in the Green Oak Village Place mall with your bicycle. The group will bike between 7-25 miles to Kensington Metropark and back (early weeks will start easy and build up). Bring water and snacks if needed. All ages and abilities welcome.\n\n
