SUMMARY:All-Church Outdoor Worship & Picnic
DESCRIPTION:Come by land or lake! Worship on the waterfront at the First UMC Whitmore Lake Campus with the Worship Band led by Mike Tooman. Followed by a FREE Picnic Lunch starting at noon. Everyone welcome! Bring a friend\, bring your family. Bounce House and fun activities\, too. \nNote: There will only be one service at each campus this day. Whitmore Lake Campus at 11 am (no 9:15 service) and Brighton Campus at 9:30 am (no 11 am). \nTo volunteer to help with setting up or serving the meal\, please contact Susan Kimball.

SUMMARY:Summer Musical Theater Camp
DESCRIPTION:Aug. 10-15 @ 9 am-3 pm & Aug. 16 @ 8:30 am-12 pm\n\nMusical Theater Camp is a fun week of singing\, dancing and acting for students entering 2nd through 9th grades. They learn\, practice and perform a Christian themed musical under the directio nof by Susan Kimball\, Music Director First UMC and Carola Snow\, Communications Director at Sycamore Creek UMC. Susan has over 25 years experience Directing  and Voice. Carola studied at the New Yok Conservatory for Dramatic Arts and the Maggie Flannigan Studio in New York.  She has 15 years of experience teaching theatre to kids.  For more information contact Susan Kimball\, Music Director at susan@brightonfumc.org\nRehearsals are Monday-Saturday\, Aug. 10-15\, from 9 am-3:00 pm \nThe performances will be Sunday\, Aug. 16 at 9:30 and 11 am. \nRegistration opens in March 29.
