Celebration of Generosity Dinner

The Endowment Committee invites you to attend a Celebration of Generosity dinner with special guest Rev. David Bell. There is no charge for the dinner but we ask you to sign up online (see below) or call the church office (810-229-8561).

The event, in appreciation of the extravagant generosity in this church, features pulled pork, hot dogs, chips, fruit, veggies, potato salad and dessert.

Rev. David Bell will speak about emerging approaches to giving. As President and Executive Director of the United Methodist Foundation of Michigan,  David  leads the Foundation’s ongoing strategic vision, and oversees its leadership development, planned giving, fund management, and financial stewardship services. He administers the Foundation in ways that promote clergy excellence, the spiritual discipline of generosity, and value-aligned, socially responsible investing. Serving the Foundation for over a decade, he has thirty years of ministry experience, including experience as a pastor, a development director, and a regional and national church leader. He is an ordained clergy member of The United Methodist Church.
