Summer Camps & Retreats for All Ages

Grace Outside, the camp and retreat programs of Michigan Area United Methodist Camping, are helping today’s youth and adults discover the powerful message of  God’s grace through fun, faith and adventure. Summer camp gives today’s youth a break from the plugged-in, fast-paced life at home and immerses them in God’s creation. They learn life skills living in community and a different sort of ABCs – like Archery, Bible Study, Canoeing…

  • Volunteer opportunities, including counselors and clean-up/maintenance, are available, too. Contact Pastor Lindsey or Suzanne Everett for more information about camp and what events we’re participating in as a group.

Grace Outside Destinations include: Lake Michigan Family Campground (Pentwater), Wesley Woods Camp & Retreat Center (Dowling), Lake Huron Retreat Center (Burtchville).
