Annual Sock Drive 

January – February 2026

Update: With many in need, we were able to give away 2,000 pairs of socks in 2026. We would not be able to participate in this event every year if it wasn’t for the help of the congregation and community. A huge thank you for your support and kindness in this mission.

Community Connect helps those in Livingston County who are struggling. Socks are a much needed item that helps people who need it. Please consider donating by Feb. 1 to help our neighbors. Our goal is collect and give away 1600 pairs of socks. Contact Tara Ruiz.

Over the years, First United Methodist Church has given away over 12,000 pairs of socks.
