Young Peoples Worship Arts presents a free Christmas Musical performance of “The Little Drummer Dude.” Join the Wise Men and Persia’s Traveling Band as they bring their gifts to Jesus, the One True King. Followed by Taco-Buffet Dinner with Santa catered by the Seve and D’Anne Ramos with help from our church youth group.
Tickets for the dinner are $11 for those 10 years and older, and $5 for those 9 years and younger. Tickets will be available on Sundays between worship services and in the church office between 9 am-4:00 pm Monday-Friday. Proceeds from the dinner will benefit our youth camping and mission trips.
Young People’s Worship Arts event are led and directed by Susan Kimball, Music Director at Brighton First. Susan has over 25 years experience as a Vocal Director and Accompanist, is the Music Director of Brighton First, and Vocal Director and Accompanist for Act 2 Theater Company of Pinckney High Schools. Rehearsals are Monday-Friday, Aug. 7-13, 9 am – 12 pm. There will be a dress rehearsal on Saturday, Aug. 12.
The perfomances will be Sunday, Aug. 13 at 9:30 and 11 am.
